Regarding the width of your foot, we cannot provide you with a table because this measurement is very delicate to take. To determine if you need a foot width option, rely on your usual shoes. The instep is the most prominent place on the top of the foot, just below the ankle. This is also a fairly difficult measurement to take accurately, so it's best to rely on your feelings based on your usual shoes.
