Regarding the width of your foot, we cannot provide you with a table because this measurement is very delicate to take. To determine if you need a foot width option, rely on your usual shoes. If the width of your usual shoes suits you, do not take a foot width option. If you are often tight in shoes in your size or, conversely, if shoes in your size are generally too wide for your foot, choose the custom option in the size drop-down menu.
The instep is the most prominent place on the top of the foot, just below the ankle. This is also a fairly difficult measurement to take accurately, so it's best to rely on your feelings based on your usual shoes.
