Foot length in cm is used to determine your size. Here are instructions for taking your measurement and finding the right size. Standing, place your bare foot on a sheet of paper and trace the outline (or ask someone to do it for you) with a pencil held vertically. Repeat for the other foot. Regarding the width of your foot, we cannot provide you with a table because this measurement is very delicate to take. To determine if you need a foot width option, rely on your usual shoes. If the width of your usual shoes suits you, do not take a foot width option. The instep is the most prominent place on the top of the foot, just below the ankle. This is also a fairly difficult measurement to take accurately, so it's best to rely on your feelings based on your usual shoes. If you find that your instep is stronger or thinner than average, we recommend you choose the custom option in the size drop-down menu.
