Delivery & Returns

Shipping time

Shipping times vary between 2 days for in-stock pairs and 4 weeks for pairs made to order, starting from the order confirmation date. These times may vary depending on our workshop's workload and the replenishment of raw materials from our leather suppliers.

If paying by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the check. Consequently, the applicable shipping times begin from the date the check is received.

Standard items:

For the holiday season, the return period is extended by 2 weeks .

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return and send back the product. To do so, please submit your return request directly by following this link: https://returns.itsrever.com/labottegardiane

If you are unable to complete the request, please contact us by email at info@labottegardiane.com , specifying your contact details and the reason for the return.

If the item is unsuitable, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we need to ship you a replacement product, the shipping costs will be covered by La Botte Gardiane.

Custom-made items (non-standard items, including specific additions or modifications): In accordance with Article L222-7 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Our personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable. However, as we want you to be completely satisfied, if a personalized/custom-made product does not suit you, please contact us by email at: info@labottegardiane.com
