Return of a standard item:

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 30 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in the paragraph below.

Any exchange or return must be the subject of an exchange or return request by email to the address info@labottegardiane.com .

 

Return costs for an unsuitable item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for a new product, if applicable, are the responsibility of La Botte Gardiane.

 

Return of a tailor-made item:


For all our custom-made products (boots, ankle boots and sandals), the right of withdrawal cannot apply, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 222-7 of the Consumer Code as amended by Ordinance No. 2001-741 of August 23, 2001 . Withdrawal is in particular excluded (article 221-28) for contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalized or made according to the consumer's specifications, i.e. in particular for tailor-made items, i.e.: all non-standard items and articles with specific additions or modifications (wide foot, strong instep, particular colors, particular soles, etc.).

However, if the fit is not suitable (size, or problem concerning the tailor-made option) an exchange remains possible, within 30 days, in this case please contact customer service by email at info@labottegardiane.com or by telephone at 04 66 73 20 85.

 

Condition of products:

All returned products (shoes, original packaging, accessories, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, La Botte Gardiane will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by La Botte Gardiane, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of La Botte Gardiane without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of their rights. warranty on the goods sold. Subject to compliance with these return conditions, La Botte Gardiane will reimburse products returned within 14 days following the goods being returned to stock, excluding return costs, in accordance with law.

As part of an exchange, the shipping-delivery times mentioned here will apply. If the amount of the customer's exchange order is greater than the amount of their initial order, they will have to pay the difference by credit card or transfer (a special order link will be created and sent to them by email). The customer can also pay by check and send it to the following address: La Botte Gardiane, ZA Lallemande RN113, 30670 Aigues-Vives. Shipping of the customer's exchange order is conditional on validation of this payment. If the amount of the customer's exchange order is less than the amount of the initial order, La Botte Gardiane will reimburse the difference.
